Introduction of YD/T 3353.1-2018

1 Scope This part specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of color masterbatch used for optical fiber loose tube (hereinafter referred to as "color masterbatch"). This part is applicable to the color masterbatch used for the coloring of optical fiber loose tube. The color masterbatch is made by processing with polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polypropylene (PP) or polycarbonate (PC) as the application object, adding an appropriate amount of pigment, dye, dispersant and other processing additives. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this standard.
