Introduction of CB/T 3649-1994
本标准规定了海洋船舶食品、饮水、淡水及人员和行李重量计算定额。
本标准适用于航行在我国国内和国际航线的500总吨及其以上的用民海洋船舶，对小于500总吨的民用海洋船舶可以参照使用。
本标准不适用于帆船和机帆船；从事捕鱼、捕鲸或类似作业的船舶；水翼艇和气垫船。
