1.0.1 This specification is formulated with a view to unifying urban pedestrian overcrossing and pedestrian underpass standard (hereinafter referred to as "overpass" and "underpass") and making the engineering applicable, safe, economic and beautiful. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the design and construction of spanning overpass or underpass overpass or underpass. The overpasses and underpasses of suburban highway, factory, mine and residential area may adopt by reference to it. 1.0.3 The design and construction of overpass and underpass shall meet the following requirements: 1.0.3.1 The overpass and underpass design shall meet the requirements of urban planning layout; it shall start from engineering environment and carry out type selection according to the overall traffic function. 1.0.3.2 The new structure, new process and new technique shall be positively adopted proceeding from the reality and adjusting measures to local conditions. 1.0.3.3 The structure shall meet the strength, rigidity and stability requirements in the transportation, installation and use processes. 1.0.3.4 The structure design shall be in an overall consideration with the construction process, and the factory prefabricated structure should be adopted. 1.0.3.5 The ornament standard shall be determined according to the principle of combining applicability, economy and esthetic appearance. 1.0.3.6 Safety requirements such as fire prevention, electricity prevention, corrosion prevention and seismic protection shall be complied with. 1.0.3.7 The adverse effect of structural vibration on pedestrian comfortable sensation and sense of security shall be limited. 1.0.3.8 During the selection of construction technology and establishment of construction organization scheme, safe, civilized and rapid construction shall be achieved in the principle of less disturbance to residents and less influence to normal traffic. 1.0.4 The design and construction of overpass and underpass shall not only comply with this specification, but also meet the requirements of current relevant national standards and norms.
