本标准规定了车用天然气充装站j以下简称充装站）车用气瓶充装的一般要求、人员、设备、设施、仪器和保护装置、气瓶充装安全管理、应急管理及接受安全监察等方面的安全管理要求。
本标准适用于工作压力不大于25MPa、公称容积为30L~450L、工作温度为-40℃~60℃的车用压缩天然气(CNG)气瓶和在正常环境温度（-40℃~60℃）下使用，工作压力为0.6MPa~3.5MPa、公称容积为150L~500L、设计温度不低于-196℃的车用液化天然（LNG）气瓶充装安全管理。
