为规范高处作业吊篮(以下简称吊篮)的应用，加强吊篮施工安全技术管理，预防吊篮施工安全事故，确保施工安全，制定本标准。
本标准适用于房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程中使用吊篮的安装、检验、验收、使用、拆卸及安全管理。
吊篮施工安全技术管理除应符合本标准外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
