为规范结构健康监测技术在水下隧道中的应用，提高水下隧道结构维护管理水平，促进相关 技术的提升，制订本规程。
本规程适用于盾构法、堰筑法、钻爆法、顶管法及沉管法水下隧道的结构健康监测，其他类 型隧道可参照执行。
水下隧道结构健康监测除应符合本规程外，应同时符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
