本标准规定了龙泉青瓷的原辅料加工规范、生产工艺、质量要求。
本标准适用于地理标志保护浙江省龙泉市行政辖区范围内，以高岭土、长石等为原料，以氧化铁含量较高的粘土或氧化铁类为着色剂，在还原条件下烧成的龙泉青瓷。
本标准适用于龙泉日用青瓷器，龙泉艺术青瓷器、纹片釉青瓷器、食用青瓷包装容器参照执行。
