本标准规定了中小型灌排泵站的基本规定及组织管理、调度管理、机组的运行与管理、主要电气设备的运行与管理、主要金属结构设备的运行与管理、泵站建筑物的管理与养护、安全管理、综合管理等运行管理的要求。
本标准适用于山东省行政区域内承担灌溉、排水功能单站设计流量小于50?m3/s且装机功率小于10?MW的中小型泵站，其他泵站参照执行。
