1.1 This Standard specifies the emission limit value of air pollutants and the corresponding requirements.
1.2 This Standard is applicable to all the units which emit air pollutants within the administrative area of Sichuan Province.
2 Standard Classification and Grading
According to natural conditions and social situation, the applicable areas of this Standard are divided into three classes and four grades for emission shall be executed respectively.
2.1 Special Protected Areas
Industrial facilities, which can cause environmental pollution, shall not be built within the national or provincial scenic spots and natural reservations as well as other areas which need special protection. The construction of other facilities and present discharge units shall comply with Grade I standard
