1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, judgment rule, marks, marking, packaging, transportation and storage for knitted T-shirt products.
This standard is applicable to identify the quality of knitted homewear mainly made of knitted fabric.

Classifications of knitted sportswear shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 1335 or GB/T 6411.
4 Requirements
Requirements divided into aspects: inherent quality and appearance quality Inherent quality including marble bursting strength, water-washing dimensional change ratio, after washing distortion rate, colour fastness to washing, colour fastness to perspiration, colour fastness to rubbing, printing colour fastness to washing, printing colour fastness to rubbing, color fastness to artificial light, pilling, formaldehyde content, pH value, fiber content indexes etc. The appearance quality includes indexes such as surface defect, specification and size deviation, size difference of itself, adopted appurtenant material and tailoring specification etc.
4.1 Grading requirements
4.1.1 Quality grade of knitted sportswear was divided into the superior quality product, first-grade product and qualified product.
4.1.2 The quality grading of knitted sportswear: inherent quality shall be rated by batch (delivered batch), and appearance quality shall be rated by piece, combine two of them and grade the quality with the minimum grade.
4.2 Inherent Quality Requirements
4.2.1 Inherent quality requirements are detailed in Table 1 .
4.2.2 The index of each item of inherent quality shall adopt the item with the lowest inspection result as the rating criterion of this lot of products.
4.2.3 When the mark content of a kind of fibrous is not larger than 10 %, its real content shall not less than 70% mark content of itself.
4.2.4 Brushed and raised products shall not be assessed pilling.
4.2.5 The product which is engraving or burnt-out etc. structure does not assess marble bursting strength.
4.2.6 Elastic product does not assess the lateral water-washing dimensional change ratio.

4.3 Requirements for appearance quality
4.3.1 Appearance quality grading is determined by surface defect, size, deviation, itself size differences and the specified grading of sewing where appearance defects of different quality grades are found in one product , the product shall be graded according to the defect of lowest quality grade.
4.3.2 Rating specification for surface defect
4.3.2.1 The rating specification for surface defect is shown in Table 2.
