The shield of the high-voltage cable shall be securely connected to a dedicated ground line. 5.2.2 The power supply for high-voltage electrostatic generators used for painting shall employ explosion-proof terminal devices. The grounding terminal within the terminal device shall be connected to a dedicated ground line. 5.3 Electrodes and Electrostatic Atomizers 5.3.1 Electrodes and electrostatic atomizers shall be securely mounted on bases, brackets, or moving devices and shall have reliable insulation to ground.
