1 Subject Content and Application Scope 1.1 Subject content This standard specifies the maximum one-time emission limit of eight kinds of odor pollutants, the odor concentration limit of composite odorant and the concentration limit of fugitive emission source at plant boundary according to different age limits. 1.2 Application scope This standard is applicable to all units emitting malodorous gas into the atmosphere and the emission control of dumping site as well as the environmental impact evaluation, design, completion acceptance of construction project and the emission control after completion of construction.
