This standard provides the decision methods, test methods and inspection rules for the minimum allowable values of the energy efficiency, the evaluating values of energy conservation and the energy efficiency grades for household induction cookers (hereinafter referred to as "induction cookers"). This standard is applicable to induction cookers with one or more heating units, each heating unit rated at 700W-2800W. This standard is not applicable to commercial induction cookers, line-frequency induction cookers and concave face cookers.
