After taking out the samples, test the content of active ingredients and calculate the degradation rate within 24h according to Annex A. 5.5.3 Test steps of vaporizing mat Take the vaporizing mat in the same column of sealing bag (along the long side direction of vaporizing mat) as sample to determine the content of active ingredients before and after heat storage. Place the heat-stored samples (with packaging) in a thermostat at (54±2)℃ for 14d, after taking out the samples, test the content of active ingredients and calculate the degradation rate within 24h according to Annex B. 5.5.4 Test steps of liquid vaporizer Take out a part of test sample from a bottle for determining the content of active ingredients, put the rest into an ampoule bottle and seal the bottle, then put it in a thermostat at (54±2)℃ for 14d. After taking out the sample, test the content of active ingredients and calculate the degradation rate within 24h according to Annex C. 5.5.5 Test steps of aerosols insecticide Place the whole bottle of the test sample in an explosion-proof oven at (54±2)℃ for 14d. After taking out the sample, test the content of active ingredients and calculate the degradation rate within 24h according to Annex D. 5.5.6 Test steps of clothing mothproofer Place the test sample of pyrethroid clothing mothproofer (with packaging) in a thermostat at (54±2)℃ for 14d. After taking out the sample, test the content of active ingredients and calculate the degradation rate within 24h according to Annex B. Place a whole bag of test samples of p-dichlorobenzene clothing mothproofer in a thermostat at (54±2)℃ for 14d. After taking out the sample, test the content of active ingredients and calculate the degradation rate within 24h according to Annex E. 5.5.7 Degradation rate of active ingredients It shall be calculated using Equation (1): (1) where, P——the degradation rate, %; m1——the content of active ingredients in the sample measured before heat storage; m2——the content of active ingredients in the sample measured after heat storage. 5.5.8 Result judgment If the degradation rate is rejected, a second test can be carried out for the sampled product from the same batch. If it is still rejected, this Item shall be judged as rejected. 5.5.9 Other formulations of products They shall be tested according to the test methods in relevant national standards. 5.6 Smoke dust The smoke dust shall be tested according to the method specified in GB/T 28015. 5.7 Minimum effective period of liquid vaporizer It is tested in the temperature of (23±3)℃, with relative humidity of (65±15)%, and no strong convection air. (Test angle) unscrew the bottle cap of the liquid vaporizer, conduct the test by electrifying continuously (the liquid bottle is connected with a matching electric heater), and perform visual inspection until reaching the indicated minimum effective period, and observe whether the liquid contained in the bottle is in contact with the core rod to ensure that the product can be used longer than the minimum effective period. Test at least 3 bottles in parallel, and take the average of the effective period.
