This document applies to the foods relevant to the limits. Food categories and parts to be tested (Annex A) are used to define the scope of application of the pesticide maximum residue limits, and are applicable only to this document. When the maximum residue limits for a given pesticide applies to a food category, it applies to all foods within that category, unless otherwise specified. The list of pesticides exempted from the establishment of MRLs in food (Annex B) is used to define the scope for which the maximum residue limits for pesticides in food need not be established. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. GB 2763-2026 National food safety standard - Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food English, Anglais, Englisch, Inglés, えいご 1 Scope This document specifies the maximum residue limits for 585 pesticides, including 2,4-DB, covering a total of 10749 items in food. This document applies to the foods relevant to the limits. Food categories and parts to be tested (Annex A) are used to define the scope of application of the pesticide maximum residue limits, and are applicable only to this document. When the maximum residue limits for a given pesticide applies to a food category, it applies to all foods within that category, unless otherwise specified. The list of pesticides exempted from the establishment of MRLs in food (Annex B) is used to define the scope for which the maximum residue limits for pesticides in food need not be established. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document Including any amendments) applies. For testing, select a method that meets the testing requirements from the supporting testing methods. After the publication of this document, the newly implemented national food safety standard (GB 23200) is also applicable for the testing of the corresponding parameters.
