本标准规定了生产玻璃纤维纱和玻璃球单位产品能源消耗限额的技术要求、统计范围和计算方法、节能管理与措施。
本标准适用于中碱或无碱玻璃球生产企业和以池窑法或坩埚法生产E玻璃、ECR玻璃和中碱玻璃纤维生产企业的能耗计算、考核,以及对新建项目的能耗控制。
本标准不适用于高强玻璃纤维、高硅氧玻璃纤维、耐碱玻璃纤维等特种玻璃纤维的生产企业。
