3 Terms and Definitions
3.1 Fuel Cell Vehicle Coolant
A functional liquid composed of antifreeze agents, corrosion inhibitors, etc., used in fuel cell stack thermal management systems for cooling, insulation, corrosion protection, and anti-freezing.
Note: Coolant directly extracted from original packaging may be referred to as "stock solution," which can be either concentrated or prediluted.
3.2 Fuel Cell Vehicle Coolant Concentrate
A coolant with ≤5% water content, diluted before use in fuel cell systems.
3.3 Fuel Cell Vehicle Coolant Predilute
A coolant with a specified freezing point, ready for direct use in fuel cell systems.
4 Product Classification
Fuel cell vehicle coolants (hereinafter "FCVC") shall be classified, coded, and modeled per Table 1.
5 Technical Requirements and Test Methods
5.1 General Requirements
FCVC shall comply with Table 2.
5.2 Physicochemical Properties
FCVC shall meet the requirements in Table 3.
5.3 Performance Requirements
FCVC shall comply with Table 4.
(Tables 1-4 are omitted here but would include detailed specifications for classification, general properties, physicochemical parameters, and performance tests.)
