2 Principle
Extract p-hydroxybenzoic acid esters with ethyl ether after specimen is acidized, concentrate it to nearly dry and then redissolve it with ethanol, and then carry out separation and determination by gas chromatographic method with hydrogen flame ionization detector, finally carry out qualitative analysis according to retention time and quantitative analysis by external standard method.
