1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to ensuring fundamental residential living environment, using land and space economically, reasonably and effectively, and improving quality of residential area planning & design.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to planning & design for urban residential area.
1.0.3 By residential household quantity or population scale, residential area may be divided into three levels - residential area, quarter and cluster. The standard control scale of all levels shall meet the requirements specified in Table 1.0.3.
