1.0.2 This Code is applicable to construction, extension and renovation of project, project management operation of equipment purchase and manufacture.
1.0.3 Before the construction project management is implemented, project management unit shall enter into the Construction Engineering Supervision Contract with the construction unit. Overall control and supervisory clause on the quality, cost, and progress of the construction project by the project management unit shall be included in the contract.
Construction project contract related interactions between construction unit and contractor shall be proceeded through the project management unit.
1.0.4 Genernal Supervision Engineer shall be responsible for the construction project management.
1.0.5 Project management unit shall operate in an independent and open way, safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of the construction unit and contractor.
