1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to implement national policies concerning technology and economy, to safeguard personal and public safety, to save resources, to protect the environment, and to standardize the fundamental function and performance requirement for the city gas facilities, according to related law and regulation.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the construction, operating maintenance and use of the city gas facilities.
1.0.3 Construction, operating maintenance and use of the city gas facilities shall follow the principles of safety in production, supply, and economic feasibility, conservation of resource and environment protection.
1.0.4 This Code stipulate the basic requirement of city gas facilities, if this Code is at variance with law and administrative regulations, law and administrative regulations shall be complied with.
1.0.5 Construction, operating maintenance and use of city gas facilities shall meet requirements of related codes approved and be put on records by the state.
