1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to increase the installation level of engineering equipment of extrusionsteel pipe project，strengthen the quality control of process of construction，guarantee the quality of
construction，achieve the objective of safety and environmental protection and having advanced technology，thiscode is hereby drawn up.
1.0.2This code is applicable to the acceptance of installation and quality of engineering equipment of extrusionsteel pipe.
1.0.3 The installation and acceptance of engineering equipment of extrusion steel pipe shall meet not only therequirements stipulated in this standard (code) , but also those in the current relevant ones of the nation shall becomplied with.
2 Basic Requirements
2.0.1 There shall be the corresponding construction technique standard，quality management system，qualitycontrol and inspection system，and operation document of design and construction scheme of constructionorganization in the construction site.
2.0.2 The requirements for the quality of installation in the engineering technical document and the contract to beadopted shall meet the specification of this code.
2.0.3 When the construction drawing is changed，there shall be the document signed by the unit for design.
2.0.4 The measurement instrument used in the quality inspection and acceptance shall be calibrated and qualifiedand used within the period of validity.
2.0.5 Before the equipment is installed，the equipment foundation shall be qualified in the acceptance，and therelevant factory buildings shall have the condition for the installation of equipment，and there shall be the watersource，power supply，operation plane，working space and unimpeded transportation road in the site.
2.0.6 In the installation of equipment，the central datum line and datum point shall be set，and the permanentcentral guide board and elevation datum point shall be laid.And it is necessary to periodically remeasure thepermanent central guide board and elevation datum point.
2.0.7 The installation of equipment shall be carried out according to the specified process，and after every workprocedure is completed，it shall be examined and accepted and recorded.If the work procedure is not inspected，itis not allowed to carry out the construction of next work procedure.
3.1 Equipment Foundation Construction
3.1.1 The quality of equipment foundation shall conform to the relevant specification of national standard ineffect Code for acceptance of construction quality of concretestructure (GB50204) .
3.1.2 Before the equipment is installed，it is necessary to examine and accept its foundation，and the
foundation that is not accepted or is not qualified in the acceptance shall not be used for installation of equipment.
3.1.3 The concrete strength grade of foundation shall meet the requirements of design.
3.1.4 The overall dimension of foundation，the center and elevation of anchor bolt，the reserved hole of anchorbolt and the central line，elevation and geometric size of embedded part of T-shape bolt shall conform to the
design document and the relevant specifications of national standard in effect General code for construction amndacceptance of mechanical equipment installationengineering (GB50231) .
3.1.5 The form panel of surface of foundation，the fixed mount of anchor bolt，the exposed reinforcing steelbar and so on shall be dismantled fully，and the foreign bodies on the surface of foundation and in the hole ofanchor bolt，such as the float slurry，greasy dirt，crushed stone，dirt，accumulated water and so on，shall becleared away fully.
3.1.6The data of acceptance of foundation shall be complete and signed by the quality inspection department andthe project supervision department.
3.1.7 Before the equipment is installed，it is necessary to draw the datum line and datum point layout drawingand determine the location of central guide board and datum point according to the equipment process layoutdrawing and surveying control network.The permanent central guide board and datum point shall be laid for thecentral line of main axis and main body of equipment of continuous product line.
3.1.8 For the equipment foundation that is needed to carry out the settlement observation，it is necessary to handover and take over the settlement observation record and the settlement observation point，and in the course ofinstallation of equipment，it is necessary to continue carrying out the settlement observation and keep the record.
3.2 Inspection and Acceptance ofEquipment Foundation
