1 Scope This standard specifies the visibility conditions for driver's cabs of locomotives travelling on straight path or curve path with radius not less than 300m. This standard is applicable to the electric locomotives, diesel locomotives, motor train units and newly-manufactured locomotives used for international combined transport. This standard is not applicable to shunting locomotives. 2 Normative Reference The following document contains provisions which, through reference into this standard, constitute provisions of this standard.
