1 Scope
This Part of GB 8965 specifies the technical requirements, inspection (test) methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of the flame-retardant protective clothing.
This Part is applicable to flame-retardant protective clothing worn by people who engage in dangerous operations with open fire, spark and with molten metal nearby at dangerous places with inflammable materials and in danger of inflammation.
This Part is not applicable to the flame-retardant protective clothing worn in fire rescue.
