When assembling the seat with the valve body, light lubricating oil with a viscosity no greater than kerosene may be used; sealant shall not be used. The inner and outer diameters of the seat sealing surface shall be chamfered or rounded. 5.4.10 For valves with a nominal size of DN200 (NPS8) or larger, a guiding mechanism for the disc's lifting movement shall be provided on either the valve body or the seat. 5.4.11 If specified in the order contract, a vent hole may be provided on the valve body for valves with a nominal size of DN50 (NPS2) or larger. The vent hole shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 12224. 5.4.12 Except for the flanges and other parts of the valve body, no nameplate fixing pins shall be driven in the pressure-bearing area of the valve body. 5.5 Bonnet 5.5.1 The bonnet shall be manufactured by casting or forging. 5.5.2 The minimum wall thickness (tm) of the bonnet in the area subjected to medium pressure, except for the stuffing box area and the extended neck of the stem, shall comply with the requirements of Table 2. The areas with stress concentration shall be thickened. 5.5.3 The bonnet and the yoke may be integral or separately connected. When separately connected, the yoke shall be bolted or studded to the bonnet. The mating surfaces shall have a guiding fit to ensure the concentricity between the yoke and the bonnet stuffing box hole.
