GB/T 13477的本部分规定了建筑密封材料污染性的测定方法。�本部分适用于建筑接缝中密封材料对多孔基材（如大理石、石灰石、砂石或花岗石）污染性的测定，其中试验方法A适用于压缩条件下测定污染性的试验，试验方法B适用于非压缩条件下测定污染性的试验。�注：本试验方法是对因密封材料内部物质渗出使多孔基材表面产生早期污染的可能性的评价，本试验结果仅代表试验密封材料和试验基材，不能被用于推断其他配方的密封材料或其他多孔基材。加速试验期间，如果密封材料对基材没有产生污染或变色，并不意味着试验密封材料经过长期使用后，不会使多孔试验基材污染或变色。多个国家的经验表明，采用相似的试验方法压缩试件能进一步加快污染的产生。
