本标准规定了核电站事故后监测仪表功能和性能要求,对事故后监测变量的选择、分类,以及便携式仪表的使用和事故监测仪表各种显示方法的选择提供了指导。
本标准适用于在控制室进行下列操作期间所使用的事故监测仪表:
———按要求为事故缓解进行的预期操作;
———评估电厂工况和安全系统性能,以及为电厂响应异常事件所做的决策;
———事故达到和保持安全停堆的操作。
本标准不适用于仅用于历史记录或维护目的的事故监测仪表,以及在控制室外支持电厂停堆所使用的仪表。
本标准适用于新建核电站的设计。
本标准也可适用于运行核电站的设计基准评价或设计修改。进行设计基准评价时,应对整个事故监测大纲进行分析和修改;进行设计修改时首先应按变量选择准则进行分析以确定完整的事故监测变量清单及其所属类别。
