本标准代替GB/T 13789-1992《单片电工钢片带磁性能测量方法》；
本标准给出了用单片测试仪测量电工钢片（带）磁性能的通则和技术细节。
本标准规定的单片测试仪适用于测量各种类型电工钢片（带）制成的试样，适用于在规定的磁极化强度峰值和频率以及感应电压为正弦波形的状态下测定磁性能。
本标准与GB/T 13789-1992相比，主要内容变化如下：
