本标准规定了振动与冲击传感器二次振动校准的基本要求、所使用的仪器设备及操作方法。本标准适用于直线运动型工作传感器，其适用范围如下：频率范围：20～5000Hz。动态范围(视振动频率而定)：位移：0.1μm~10mm；速度：1mm/s~10m/s；加速度：10~1000m/s2。误差限：对于位移和速度传感器：(20~1000Hz)为读数的±4%；对于加速度传感器：(20~1000Hz)为读数的±2%，(20～2000Hz)为读数的±3%，(20～5000Hz)为读数的±5%。
