本标准规定了用荧光分光光度仪和高效液相色谱仪测定饲料中维生B2含量的两种方法。 本标准规定的方法1适用于饲料原料、配合饲料、浓缩饲料、复合预混合饲料、维生素混合饲料中的维生素B2的测定。待测液中维生素B2检测浓度为0.05μg/mL～0.2μg/mL。 本标准规定的方法2适用于维生素B2含量大于10mg/kg的复合预混合饲料、维生素预混合饲料中维生素B2的测定。
