Introduction of GB/T 15284-2002
本标准规定了固定安装的多费率电能表的分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装及贮存。仪表的电能测量单的特殊要求应分别符合相关的电能表标准的规定。本标准适用于测量参比频率为50Hz（或60Hz）交流有功和/或无功电能的多费率电能表。本标准仅适用于时间开关为数字显示，并用电池（或电容）提供工作储备的多费率电能表。本标准不适用于时间开关为模拟标度盘的多费率电能表。
