本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ８０８３—１９８７《天然生胶　标准橡胶取样》和ＧＢ／Ｔ１５３４０—１９９４《天然、合成生胶取样及制样方法》。 本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１５３４０—１９９４相比主要变化如下：
——— 增加了警示语；
——— 增加了３个规范性引用文件（见第２章）；
——— 增加了术语词条的英文；
——— 实验室样品的制备，总量由６００ｇ～１５００ｇ修订为３５０ｇ～１５００ｇ（见第５章）；
