ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５《鱼类检疫方法》分为7个部分，本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５的第２部分。本部分代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５．１—１９９５《淡水鱼类检疫方法　第一部分》中的第４章。 ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５的本部分规定了用逆转录聚合酶链反应（ＲＴＰＣＲ）检测传染性造血器官坏死病毒（ＩＨＮＶ）的方法。
本部分适用于ＩＨＮＶ 的分离与鉴定，ＩＨＮ 的流行病学调查、诊断、疫情监测，以及口岸出入境、国内跨区域移动的检疫。 本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５．１—１９９５的第４章相比主要变化如下：
