ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５《鱼类检疫方法》分为7个部分，本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５的第５部分。本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５的第５部分。ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５的本部分规定了细胞分离病毒后，用ＲＴＰＣＲ 技术检测ＳＶＣＶ 的方法。本部分适用于ＳＶＣＶ 的分离和鉴定，ＳＶＣ 的流行病学调查、诊断，以及口岸出入境、国内跨区域移动的检疫。本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５．１—１９９５的第７章相比主要变化如下：
