本部分规定了在某些特定溶剂中热塑性聚酯（TP）稀溶液黏数（也用“比浓黏度”表示）的测定方法。
本部分适用于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（PET）、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯（PBT）、聚对苯二甲酸环己烯
二亚甲基醇酯（PCT）和聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯（PEN），以及ISO 7792-1：1997中规定的聚酯共聚物和其他聚酯，它们在规定的条件下能溶于某一种规定的溶剂。
黏数的测定按照GB/T 1632.1-2008中规定的通用方法测定，并遵照本部分规定的试验条件。
