Introduction of GB/T 16431-2008
本标准中的常用音乐符号、声乐符号和西洋器乐符号是依据国际统一的盲文音乐符号而制定的。 本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１６４３１—１９９６。 本标准规定了盲文常用音乐符号、声乐符号、器乐符号和常用的几种记谱法等。
本标准适用于盲文音乐涉及的教育、出版等各个领域。 本标准与原ＧＢ／Ｔ１６４３１—１９９６相比有以下变化：
———修订了术语和定义中的相关内容；
———规范了部分概念的表述；
———修订、补充了音乐符号；
———调整了部分版式，以利于相关内容的对比和阅读。
