本标准适用于公用和工业配电系统中所用的负荷开关包括负荷隔离开关与限流熔断器功能组合的三极单元,设计能够具备:
---开断能力:在额定恢复电压下,开断直到并包括额定短路开断电流的任何电流;
---关合能力:在额定电压下关合额定短路开断电流适用的回路。
本标准不适用于电动机回路中的熔断器?断路器、熔断器?接触器组合电器,或者包含单个电容器组负荷开关的组合电器。
