1 Scope This standard specifies hygienic standards for peacetime utilization of civil air defence works nationwide. This standard is applicable to six categories of civil air defence works for peacetime functions such as underground hotels (including rest houses and guest houses), underground shopping centres, underground dance halls (including game houses, music cafè and function rooms), underground movie theaters (including music halls, video halls and assembly halls), underground dining rooms and underground hospitals. 2 Normative References The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this standard, constitute provisions of this standard.
