GB/T17626的本部分规定了50Hz交流供电系统中电能质量参数测量方法及测量结果的解释。
各有关参数的测量方法均采用能提供可靠的、可重复结果的术语描述,但不涉及测量方法的实现手段。本部分涉及的是现场测量方法。
本部分适用于所指的参数测量仅限电力系统中能处理的电压现象。本部分涉及的电能质量参数是指电网频率、供电电压幅值、闪烁、供电电压暂降和暂升、电压中断、瞬态电压、供电电压不平衡、电压谐波和间谐波、供电电压中的载波信号以及快速电压变化。根据测量目的的不同,可能需要对上述全部参数或部分参数进行测量。
