GB/T 17626《电磁兼容　试验和测量技术》目前分为29个部分，本部分是GB/T 17626的第7部分。
GB/T 17626的本部分定义了依据相关标准中给定的发射限值（如GB 17625.1中给出的谐波电流限值）对设备逐项进行试验的测量装置；还定义了对实际供电系统中的谐波电流和电压进行测量的装置。
适用于测量叠加在50Hz或60Hz电力系统基波上的，高达9kHz的频谱分量的测量仪器。

5）增加了附录C，详细给了间歇波产生和测量以及特殊测量方法使用。
