1 Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, specification, code, technical requirements and quality evaluation, test methods, inspection rules as well as packaging, marking, transportation and storage of synthetic staple fibers needlepunched nonwoven geotextiles.
This standard is applicable to the synthetic staple fibers needlepunched nonwoven geotextiles with synthetic staples as the raw material and which is dry laid and also reinforced by needlepunching, while the synthetic staple fibers needlepunched composite geotextiles and other like products may also be made reference to this standard.
