GB/T18216的本部分规定了配电系统中测量和监控电参数的综合性能测量和监控装置的要求。
也规定了额定电压交流1000V 或直流1500V 以下单相和三相低压配电系统的性能。
本部分这些装置适用于固定安装的或是便携式的。它们拟使用于室内和/或室外。
本部分不适用于以下情况:
———符合GB/T17215.211、GB/T17215.321、GB/T17215.322以及GB/T17215.323的电测量设备。然而,本部分中规定的对于有功、无功电能测量的不确定度源自于GB/T17215系列标准。
———简单的遥控继电器和简单的监控继电器。
本部分将和IEC61557-1配套使用(除另有规定外),IEC61557-1规定了IEC60364-6标准所必需的测量以及监控设备的通用要求。
本部分不包括GB/T18216标准的第2部分到第9部分或IEC62020规定的电参数的测量和监控装置。
