3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in JB/T 7249 and GB/T 18430.1-2024 as well as the following apply.
3.1
cooling seasonal total load; CSTL
total heat removed from the interior of a building by the package during cooling operation in the cooling season
Note: The unit is kilowatt-hour (kW·h). The value shall be retained with 2 decimal places (at least 3 decimal places when used as a process parameter).
3.2
cooling seasonal total energy; CSTE
total electric energy consumed by the package during cooling operation in the cooling season
Note: The unit is kilowatt-hour (kW·h). The value shall be retained with 2 decimal places (at least 3 decimal places when used as a process parameter).
3.3
cooling seasonal performance factor; CSPF
ratio of the total heat removed from the interior to the total electric energy consumed by the package during cooling operation in the cooling season
Note: The unit is kilowatt-hour per kilowatt-hour [(kW·h)/(kW·h)]. The value shall be retained with 2 decimal places (at least 3 decimal places when used as a process parameter).
3.4
heating seasonal total load; HSTL
total heat delivered to the interior of a building by the package during heating operation in the heating season
Note: The unit is kilowatt-hour (kW·h). The value shall be retained with 2 decimal places (at least 3 decimal places when used as a process parameter).
3.5
heating seasonal total energy; HSTE
total electric energy consumed by the package during heating operation in the heating season
Note: The unit is kilowatt-hour (kW·h). The value shall be retained with 2 decimal places (at least 3 decimal places when used as a process parameter).
3.6
heating seasonal performance factor; HSPF
ratio of the total heat delivered to the interior to the total electric energy consumed by the package during heating operation in the heating season
Note: The unit is kilowatt-hour per kilowatt-hour [(kW·h)/(kW·h)]. The value shall be retained with 2 decimal places (at least 3 decimal places when used as a process parameter).
3.7
annual performance factor; APF
ratio of the sum of heat removed from the interior during cooling and heat delivered to the interior during heating to the total electric energy consumed by the package over a year consisting of one consecutive cooling season and one heating season
Note: The unit is kilowatt-hour per kilowatt-hour [(kW·h)/(kW·h)]. The value shall be retained with 2 decimal places (at least 3 decimal places when used as a process parameter).
