本标准规定了蜂蜜的定义及其被从巢脾中分离出来后的品质、包装、标志、贮存、运输等技术要求。本标准适用于东方蜜蜂、西方蜜蜂及其杂交蜂种所采集酿造的蜂蜜。本标准不适用于蜜蜂在巢脾内，连同巢脾一起出售的蜂蜜。
