本标准是在JB/T 6064-1992《标准试块结构与试样》的基础上制定的。本标准修改采用ISO 3452-3:1998《无损检测 渗透检验 第3部分：参考试块》。本标准规定了液体渗透检验用标准试块的类型、尺寸和制作方法。本标准的Ⅰ型试块适用于荧光和着色渗透剂系列产品灵敏度等级的确定。本标准的Ⅱ型试块适用于荧光和着色渗透检验性能的评价。
