本标准规定了至少具有两轴、装有充气轮胎的农业轮式拖拉机正常转向和紧急转向状态下，转向系的转向性能要求。本标准适用于农业和林业轮式拖拉机。工业用轮式拖拉机亦可参照采用。本标准不适用于履带式或滑动转向的农业拖拉机。
