GB/T 19681-2005 The method for the determination of Sudan dyes in foods - High performance liquid chromatography
1 Scope
This standard is applicable to the determination of Sudan dyes in foods.
This standard specifies the high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of Sudan I, Sudan II, Sudan III and Sudan IV in foods.
For the purpose of this method, the minimum detection limit is 10μg/kg for Sudan I, Sudan II, Sudan III and Sudan IV.
2 Terms and definitions
2.1
Sudan
azo series chemical synthetic dyes
3 Method summary
The samples were purified by solvent extraction and solid phase extraction, and then subjected to chromatographic analysis by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography-UV-Vis detector, and quantified by external standard method.
4 Reagents and standards
4.1 Acetonitrile: chromatographically pure.
4.2 Acetone: chromatographically pure and analytically pure.
4.8 Alumina used for chromatography (neutral, 100 meshes to 200 meshes): dry at 105℃ for 2h, cool to room temperature in a desiccator, and add 2mL water per 100g to deactivate. Mix well, seal, and leave for 12h before use.
