1 Scope

This standard specifies standard frequencies of 50 Hz ~10000 Hz.

This standard is applicable to the frequencies used in electric and electronic equipments for single-phase or three-phase alternate current systems, marine installation, alternate current traction systems, machine tool, textile industry and aircraft, telecommunication and other systems or devices.

This standard is not applicable to specific individual control loops in a machine tool or machine tool group.
