1 Scope
This document specifies the content and composition, marking location, marking method and requirements of ride identification number.
This document is applicable to devices and facilities that carry passengers for amusement, including large-scale amusement facilities, small-scale amusement facilities, inflatable amusement facilities, glass water slides, etc.

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB 8408, GB/T 20306, GB/T 28622 and the following apply.
3.1
ride identification number (RIN)
a group of codes designated by the ride manufacturer for identification of a certain amusement facility (set)
3.2
ride property code (RPC)
first part of ride identification number (RIN), which is used to describe the general attribute information of the ride
3.3
ride feature code (RFC)
second part of ride identification number (RIN), which is used to describe the structural and motion characteristic information of the ride
