本标准规定了预应力混凝土用螺纹钢筋（也称精轧螺纹钢筋，以下简称钢筋）的术语和定义、强度等级代号、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志、质量证明书等。
本标准适用于采用热轧、轧后余热处理或热处理等工艺生产的预应力混凝土用螺纹钢筋。
